This Sobrasada is an authentic interpretation of the classic spreadable salami of Mallorca. The famed acorn fed Iberico de Bellota Pork from Spain is seasoned with garlic and smoked Pimenton. Similar in taste to Chorizo, but in a soft, spreadable form.
