The youngest version of the famous D.O.P. cheese from the Veneto region is crafted from pasteurized whole milk and matured for only 20-40 days. Produced in the Po Valley near Treviso, Asiago Fresco is mild and sweet, with a springy, pale ivory interior and full, creamy flavor.
