This semi soft goat cheese is made from Murciana goat's milk and soaked in Doble Pasta, a traditional wine of the region made from the Monastrell grape, giving the rind an attractive violet hue. It is aged for no more than 60-75 days, so you still enjoy some of the wine's flavors. Drunken Goat has a mild, smooth flavor with a touch of fruitiness.
