This Angora Goat is raised free range in New Zealand with no antibiotics, hormones or GMOs. Its flavor is described as beefy but with a hint of sweetness. It is extremely low in fat and calories compared to other meats, while offering excellent protein, iron, zinc and Vitamin B 12.
