One of the most popular cheeses in Italy, Grana Padano is made in the Po Valley, with the milk of grass-fed cows milked twice a day. Similar in size and texture to Parmigiano Reggiano, but matures in a shorter time. A sweet and savory golden-hued cheese, delicate, fruity and light-tasting. The name Grana was bestowed because of its 'grainy' consistency.
