The Kurobuta 8-Bone Rack makes an excellent presentation piece for special occasions, it can be roasted whole or sliced into hearty chops. Sear and roast the whole rib rack. Chops can be grilled, broiled or pan-seared then finished in the over. The chops can also be stuffed.
