These Sausages are an interpretation of the typical Morcilla of Norena in northern Spain. They are a 100% pork product made with pork, pork blood and pork fat, fresh sweet onions and a perfect array of complementary spices including smoked sweet pimento and garlic. Deep umami flavor highlighted with pleasant smokiness.
