This smoked goat's milk cheese is made by a family-run dairy working primarily with Majorero goat's milk from local farmers in the Canary Islands. Naturally high in fat and protein, this milk gives the cheese a creamy, elastic texture. It is naturally smoked over beech wood. The Smokin' Goat is mild, unique and absolutely delicious!
