This Manchego is produced from same day sheep's milk in La Puebla de Montalban, a small town just outside of Toledo. The cheese is aged 6 months and boasts a very prominent buttery flavor with a nutty finish. The wonderful, well-rounded flavor of the sheep's milk shines through as the cheese melts deliciously in your mouth.
