This Percorino Toscano Stagionato D.O.P. is produced in the Val D'Orcia (Siena). It is aged about 6 months, has a semi-firm texture and a rich, nutty flavor, and a lingering finish hinting of butterscotch. This sheep's milk cheese is mild and fruity, with a great texture for melting.
