Toscano Salami is a dry Italian salami which is much leaner than the "typical" dry salami. It is dry cured, with aromas and flavors of fennel and garlic. It is robust and distinctive without being overpowering. Delicious in antipasti, for sandwiches or with salad. Pre-sliced for added convenience.
