Whole Poussin can be roasted whole or cooked on a rotisserie, or separated into small legs, thighs and breasts as you would cut up a conventional chicken. No giblets included. Individually vacuum packed.

Poussin are young chickens (modeled after French Spring Chickens) that are often referred to as the ""veal of chicken"" for their tender, moist texture, and delicate flavor. All white meat, Poussin can be brined prior to cooking for additional flavor and moisture. 100% vegetarian diet, no antibiotics or hormones.
