This Reserve Prosciutto is produced in the renowned city of Parma, Italy. It is rolled into a pear shape which avoids pressing the meat and allows a complex, full flavor to develop while curing. It is smooth and sweet, with earthy and floral notes, and is reddish-pink in color, with the pure white of fat marbling and velvety texture.
