Capa Negra Black Label Bellota Jamon comes from 100% Iberico Pata Negra pigs raised free-range on the pasturelands of Southwest Spain on a diet of acorns and grass. The feed, rich in proteins, glycides and fat, in combination with plenty of exercise for the pigs, helps develop their musculature with the perfect proportion of meat and fat for the characteristic marbling which distinguishes the unique organoleptic quality of the meat.
These jamons have incredibly soft texture and marble-like appearance with streaks of aromatic and fluid fat and the classic savory, nutty, sweet, creamy flavor.
